Dirk Andringa’s passion for the real estate business was instilled at an early age as he moved frequently with his family.  Years later, he established and managed his own real estate company in downtown Denver.

Dirk’s move to Kentwood City Properties in 2012 was sparked by a desire to spend more time working individually with clients and less time managing and growing a business.  Dirk’s highly relational style and financial background, coupled with exceptional negotiation skills, have helped him excel in the highly competitive real estate business.

Dirk has also traveled to more than 15 countries on five continents, gaining considerable knowledge about diverse cultures and the international scope of real estate.  His focus on the downtown loft and condo market provides him with a competitive edge, but it’s his integrity and dedication to his clients that truly distinguish him from the mainstream.

Dirk earned his real estate license in 1991 and is a member of the Denver Board of Realtors.  He earned his Series 7 Securities License and Series 66 Investment Representative License and worked as a Stock Broker and Investment Advisor prior to pursuing a career in real estate.

Dirk founded the Downtown Resource Group in 2009, a full-service real estate firm offering a special emphasis on the downtown loft and condo market.  As a facet to the company, he also facilitated the leasing of more than $50 million worth of downtown property, a background that is of particular importance to investor clients.  Dirk’s professional experience also includes executive positions with two international non-profit organizations.

“I’m passionate about downtown,” Dirk says.  “The numerous variables and nuances found in an urban environment, and the knowledge required to represent clientele effectively, is dramatically different from what’s required in a more traditional suburban market.”

Dirk is an active supporter of the Downtown Denver Partnership, the LoDo District Association, the Lower Downtown Neighborhood Association, and the Ballpark Neighborhood Association.  He also supports the Denver Rescue Mission, Urban Peak, Pathways Church, and has helped develop a mentoring program for at-risk youth with Denver Works.

When you’re ready to buy or sell a home, investment in real estate, or desire a vacation home, contact Dirk for a personal meeting.  You’ll enjoy a rewarding real estate experience from a true professional who is dedicated to superior customer service.
